Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all transportation services booked through the website www.taxigrazairport.com, by phone, or via email.

Any differing terms and conditions of the customer shall only apply if expressly agreed to in writing.

Paul Rezkalla e.U. offers the following services:

• Taxi rides within Graz and surrounding areas
• Airport transfers
• Hotel transfers
• Event transfers
• City tours
• Individual transportation services by prior arrangement

All services are subject to availability and provided according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

A binding contract is concluded once the booking has been confirmed by Paul Rezkalla e.U. via email, SMS, telephone, or other written communication.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate booking information.

• All prices are quoted in Euros (€).
• Prices include applicable VAT where legally required.
• Current prices are published on the website or communicated individually before the ride.
• Payment may be made in cash, by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or online payment methods where available.
• The full fare is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are free of charge.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may be charged up to 100% of the agreed fare.

No-Show

A passenger is considered a No-Show if:

• They do not appear at the agreed pick-up location and time.
• They cannot be contacted using the provided contact details.
• They leave the pick-up location before the driver arrives within the agreed waiting period.

In case of a No-Show, the full fare will be charged.

Passengers must:

• Wear seat belts at all times during the journey.
• Follow all applicable laws and driver instructions.
• Ensure that luggage is safely packed and suitable for transportation.
• Inform the company in advance about oversized luggage, special equipment, or pets.

The following are prohibited inside the vehicle:

• Smoking
• Consumption of alcohol
• Use of illegal drugs
• Any behavior that may endanger the driver, passengers, or vehicle

Transportation of animals is only possible upon prior agreement.

Paul Rezkalla e.U. shall be liable only for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, to the extent permitted by Austrian law.

The company shall not be liable for:

• Traffic delays
• Road closures
• Weather conditions
• Accidents caused by third parties
• Force majeure events
• Missed flights, trains, meetings, or other consequential damages

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

Personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the company's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Customer data is used solely for:

• Processing bookings
• Providing transportation services
• Customer communication
• Legal and accounting requirements

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Austria.

To the extent permitted by law, the competent court in Graz, Austria, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or the services provided.

Consumer rights under mandatory legal provisions remain unaffected.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally valid provision that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the original provision.
